Returns

I hope you love your Collecs pieces! If something doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or other damage may not be accepted. 

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
